Tech24, a national provider of repair and maintenance services for food service snd commercial HVAC equipment and backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired RMS Mechanical Services. This is the 7th add on purchase made by Tech24 in the fragmented foodservice repair sector.
RMS is a provider of foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment repair maintenance and installation. The firm represents a complementary acquisition to AIS Commercial Parts & Service, a previous acquisition made by Tech24. The deal will give Tech24 an expanded presence and expanded customer base.
