Tandym Group, a national recruitment, contract staffing, consulting, and workforce services firm and backed by Mill Rock Capital, has added Heather Schimmel as the chief operations officer.
Schimmel is taking up a new position for the firm and will lead the planning and development of the firm’s operational objectives and initiatives. She will focus on overseeing fulfillment, business operations, compliance, field staff concierge teams and will look to create operational efficiencies.
