GrowthCurve Capital, a control-oriented private equity firm that aims to apply technology, AI, and human capital to create long-term value primarily across the financial and information services, healthcare, and technology sectors, has hired Susan Soh as a founding member of the firm and chief of capital formation and investor relations.

Most recently, Soh was chief of strategy and capital development for the private investment activities of Two Sigma, where she led marketing, strategy, and new business development on a global basis. Prior to that, Soh was a founding partner of Perella Weinberg Partner’s asset management business where she was global head of marketing and client services.

Sumit Rajpal, CEO and Founder of GrowthCurve Capital, stated, “We are delighted to add Susan to our diverse and talented team. On top of her extensive global investor relationships and strategic experience building businesses across various investment strategies, she is a widely respected thought leader with extensive knowledge of the alternative investment space. With Susan’s energy and insight, we look forward to working with highly sophisticated partners and investors around the world to build an innovative new platform for private equity investing.”

“As the private equity marketplace continues to attract substantial amounts of capital, successful investors must innovate and adapt to deliver sustainable returns,” said Soh. “I see a tremendous opportunity to build a differentiated investment firm that harnesses data science, machine learning, human capital, and digital transformation to drive growth and create long-term value in portfolio companies. GrowthCurve is a pioneer in the private equity space, and I am thrilled by the opportunity to partner with Sumit and the world-class team he has brought together at GrowthCurve Capital.”
