Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a private investment firm focused on defensible business in growing markets, has added Howard Eisen as principal on the investor relations team and Jennifer Wildroudt as VP of ESG.

Eisen joins the firm with 20 years of investor relations experience. Prior to Sun Capital, Eisen served as head of business development with TMF Group where he developed a range of asset services to fund managers around the globe. Additionally, Eisen served as head of investor engagement at DMS Capital Solutions and roles at Moelis Asset Management and Goldman Sachs, among others.

Wildroudt brings over a decade of ESG experience to Sun Capital. Recently, she lead the creation of Alvarez & Marsal‘s ESG consulting practice. While at Alvarez & Marsal, Wildroudt implemented ESG programs, identified material topics and set goals and targets. Previously, she served a senior manager at Ernst & Young in the climate change and sustainability services team.
