Strattam Capital, a private equity firm that invests in founder-led, independent technology companies across North America, has added Jonathan Busch as principal. Busch will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction execution, and portfolio management as part of the investing team.

Prior to joining Strattam, Busch spent six years at HighBar Partners, a Bay Area-based private equity firm, where he focused on operationally engaged enterprise and infrastructure software investments. Prior to joining HighBar Partners, he was an associate in the technology group of TA Associates.
