Strata Information Group Inc., an information technology services provider to higher education institutions and a portfolio company of Fort Point Capital, has acquired AkaCRM, an advisory, implementation and managed support services company.
AkaCRM is a Salesforce partner providing its services for Salesforce and Conga in the higher education, K-12 and non-profit end markets. The acquisition looks to improve SIG’s customer relationship management practice and diversify the company’s IT services.
