JSI, a consulting and engineering services provider and a portfolio company of Stone-Goff Partners, has purchased Mitchell Engineering.
Mitchell is headquartered in Wills Point, Texas, and offers outside plant engineering and design services to telecommunication clients in Arkansas, Oklahoma and eastern Texas. With the deal, JSI looks to continue expanding its outside plant capabilities and provide broadband infrastructure for Mitchell’s client base. The company is led by Brian Whitaker, who will continue to lead the Wills Point team following the acquisition.
