Stellus Capital Management LLC, a middle-market direct lender, has partnered with iCapital, a global fintech provider.
iCapital’s fintech platform provides customized end-to-end technology services that digitize the subscription, administration, operational, and reporting processes for alternative investing. The business combination will offer access to Stellus’ private credit strategy by leveraging iCapital’s technology.
