Fenix Parts, a recycler and reseller of equipment manufacturer automotive parts and backed by Stellex Capital Management, has acquired Reno Auto Parts, an automotive recycler.
Reno services the Cincinnati and Dayton areas of Ohio. The deal marks Fenix Parts’ third acquisition in the midwest and brings Fenix’s location count to 21 full-service and 4 self-service locations.
