Stellex Capital Management LLC, a private equity firm focused on investments in North America and Europe, has bought David Brown Santasalo, a global gear systems company, from N4 Partners.
Based in Lockwood, Huddersfield, U.K., David Brown Santasalo delivers industrial gear systems and services, manufactured for industrial applications including mining and minerals, fiber and paper, power generation, cement, oil and gas, defense and more. The organization has 26 locations, spanning six continents and employing more than 1,100 people.
