S&S Truck Parts LLC, a distributor of private label and branded aftermarket truck parts and portfolio company of Investcorp, has merged with Midwest Truck & Auto Parts Inc., a supplier of aftermarket drivetrain and related products.
The merger results in an alliance between two independent truck parts distributors. The combined company will benefit from enhanced scale, and an expanded geographic footprint and will look to solve global supply chain restraints.
