SRP Companies, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners and category manager and service provider to 50,000 retail outlets, has purchased Aerial Bouquets. The purchase creates a new merchandise category and growth opportunity for SRP.
Aerial Bouquets is a US-based distributor of foil and latex balloons and coordinator of gift items including plush products and floral accessories. These new product offerings will be a complement to SRP’s existing product portfolio which includes electronics, eyewear, plush toys and otherconsumer goods.
