Springcoast Capital Partners LP, a growth equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled companies, has launched its operating partner program with the appointments of Russell Klein, Lisbeth McNabb, Jose Morales and Tracy Newell as operating partners.

Klein is the chief commercial officer at BigCommerce, where he leads global business and corporate development efforts and works to drive the company’s strategy to create and scale new product and service areas. Klein was previously the co-founder and CEO of SendMe, a mobile media company.

McNabb is the former chief financial officer and chief operating officer of the Linux Foundation, an open-source technology consortium. Previously, she served as CFO for Match.com and interim CFO for Illuminate Education. She is also the founder of DigiWorksCorp, a digital and data analytics SaaS company for retail and enterprise companies. She is an independent director of Nexstar Media Group Inc., NeoGames SA and Acronis.

Morales is the former head of global field operations at Atlassian which included direct and indirect sales, partner programs, services and other go-to-market functions. Morales also served as chief revenue officer at Freshworks, a provider of customer and employee engagement services.

Newell is the former president of Informatica, where she was responsible for global sales, marketing and customer success. Previously, she was the global head of sales and customer success at Proofpoint. Prior to Proofpoint, she led the sales organization at Polycom, where she was responsible for a team of more than 1000 sales, channels and systems engineering professionals.
