Patriot Pickle, a Swander Pace Capital portfolio company that manufactures and distributes pickles across the U.S. to restaurant chains, supermarkets and delis, has acquired First Place Foods.
First Place Foods is a producer of fresh pickles, fermented pickles, relish and other pickled vegetables primarily for the food service and institutional channels. The company has manufacturing and warehousing facilities located in Garland, Texas.
