Security Services Holdings (dba Protos Security), a tech-enabled managed services security guarding provider and portfolio company of Southfield Capital, has acquired ControlByNet.
ControlByNet provides remote guarding and software services that work across all devices through the cloud and onsite managed service. The deal expands Protos’ services offering and value delivered to its customer base.
