Pollard as co-head of the power & renewables group will focus on the traditional power market while also expanding the renewables segment. Radcliff will work alongside Pollard to expand the firm’s offerings and client relationships in high-growth renewable sectors.

“Rich is one of our most seasoned bankers and will now put his firepower behind the whole firm to help fuel our continued growth and support our clients,” added Solomon Partners’ CEO Marc Cooper. “Rich will help mentor and develop our next generation of industry bankers as well as work with senior bankers on larger, more complex transactions.”
