ID Images, a provider of product identification services and a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital LLC, has bought Summit Labels and Precision Label in separate transactions.
Jointly-owned Summit Labels and Precision Labels, based in Vancouver and Calgary, Canada, respectively, are both manufacturers of prime labels for the food and beverage, industrial and nutraceutical end markets. The companies’ Canadian facilities work to expand IDI’s presence across Canada while driving its exposure to digital printing and label offerings.
