Sogelink, a software services provider for infrastructure professionals, has acquired the LOCATIQS Group from Main Capital Partners to create a leading pan-European construction technology firm.

Sogelink is a software services provider for the construction sector and serves over 34,000 clients and 138,000 users.

LOCATIQS provides GIS & FSM software products and services that help policymakers and operators navigate and comply with spatial rules and challenges. LOCATIQS was formed by combining GOconnectIT and Geodan and has since established itself as a specialist in the product software services markets.
