Snow Peak Capital, a private equity firm, has invested in Sandy Alexander, a marketing communications company.

Sandy Alexander is a commercial graphic communications company in the nation, serving the needs of Fortune 500 companies and other enterprises. Sandy Alexander’s services include digital services, sheetfed and web printing, and printing for retail visual merchandising. Sandy Alexander offers direct marketing services, including printing and finishing services. The firm serves the retail, casual dining, technology, automotive, and healthcare industries.

Global Endowment Management provided equity financing alongside Snow Peak in this transaction. Debt financing for the transaction was provided by PNC Bank.
