SK Capital Partners, a New York-based private investment firm focused on specialty chemicals, materials, and pharmaceuticals, has acquired Valtris Chemicals from H.I.G. Capital.
Valtris is a global manufacturer of a portfolio of specialty additives and precursors. the firm manufactures products that are properties across plastics, coatings, adhesives and sealants, pharmaceuticals, fragrances, and personal care products.
