SK Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, has expanded its team with the addition of Kris Radhakrishnan as director of financial excellence.

Most recently, Radhakrishnan served as CFO of QMax Solutions Inc., an oilfield services company. Prior to QMax, he was CFO of Prince International Corp., a mineral-based specialty additives company.
