SK Capital Partners, a private investment firm, has hired Asim Bhatia as director, business development.
In this role, Mr. Bhatia will coordinate and lead the firm’s efforts to identify and develop investment opportunities. Before joining SK Capital, Mr. Bhatia was a senior director of corporate M&A at DuPont de Nemours, where he led the acquisitions and divestitures of businesses.
