Sirva and BGRS, relocation and moving providers, have agreed to combine into a new organization under the name Sirva BGRS Inc. The transaction is expected to close within the next 90 days.
The combined companies will be able to offer more diverse product offerings and expand geographically. The firm will be headquartered in Chicago and Tom Oberdorf of Sirva will serve as CEO.
