ProService offers HR services including payroll, benefits, insurance, compliance, administrative and risk management services on a bundled basis. More than 3,000 employers, with over 70,000 employees, partner with ProService, looking to reduce employment costs, retain talent and ensure compliance in regulatory environments. Silver Lake brings technology and industry experience to support ProService in driving the company’s technology strategy and execution capabilities.
