Shoreline Equity Partners LLC, a lower middle-market private equity firm, has partnered with C&S Chemicals Inc., a water treatment and animal health chemicals company.
Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Marietta, Ga., C&S Chemicals boasts 90 employees across eight facilities with customers located throughout the southeast. With the partnership, C&S Chemicals looks to execute its growth plan through organic initiatives and acquisitions. It provides the company with the acquisition experience and access to capital needed to partner with other chemical services providers across the U.S.

Senior financing for the transaction was provided by NXT Capital and Apogem Capital. Croft & Bender represented C&S Chemicals in the transaction.
