Sentry Aerospace Corporation, an aircraft spare parts supplier, has merged with Aerospares 2000 Limited, an Acorn Growth company.

The combination of Aerospares and Sentry creates a stocking distributor of commercial aircraft rotable components.

“We were extremely impressed with Joe Contaldo and the XLCS team throughout each phase of the process,” said Chris DiSimone, Sentry CFO. “His desire to understand our goals and his knowledge of our business and players in the industry were vital to the success of this deal. Joe was there every step of the way, and we believe we found the perfect fit in Aerospares 2000.”

XLCS acted as the M&A advisor to Sentry, and Joe Contaldo led the transaction.
