Seam Group, a global provider of energized asset performance and portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Electrical Engineering & Service Co. This is the third strategic add-on for Seam Group under the ownership of Align Capital.
EESCO is an electrical power service, commissioning, testing, evaluation, repairs and maintenance firm. The firm currently services over 185 customers throughout New England for a variety of end-markets. The deal serves to broaden Seam Group’s specialized services for electrical distribution equipment.
