Sealed Air, a packaging company, has purchased Liquibox, a liquid packaging and dispensing company, from Olympus Partners.
Headquartered in Richmond, Va., Liquibox is focused on packaging services that offer product protection. Liquibox aims to use its services as well as partnerships with customers to build a sustainable future. The company has 17 global locations with 1,400 total employees. Harris Williams advised Liquibox in this transaction.
