Scout Clean Energy, a portfolio company of Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, has acquired the Stockton Lake Solar Farm, LLC, from Azimuth Renewables, LLC.
Going forward, Azimuth will remain an active partner in the development of the site while Scout will procure equipment, construct and operate the solar project. The project has an active request in the AECI interconnection queue with an expectation to execute an interconnection agreement in the first quarter of 2022. The facility will interconnect to the AECI system through a 69kV substation operated by KAMO Power.
The facility is anticipated to begin operations in 2025 and is expected to provide 200,000 MW hours of carbon-free, renewable electricity to over 15,000 Missouri households.
