SAS Industries has bought Specialty Rubber Corp, expanding its footprint in the gasket manufacturing industry.
SAS Industries is a gasket and seal manufacturer specializing in a range of machinery processes including die cutting, waterjet cutting flash cutting, compression molding and more. The firms delivers its products to a range of clients in aviation, aerospace, telecommunications, and defense sectors.
Speciality Rubber is a family business and manufacturing specialist, producing gaskets for aircraft, military, aerospace and medical sectors for over 35 years.
“Our acquisition of Specialty Rubber is a landmark for SAS Industries, which will further expand our operations to make sure our customers can get the best service possible,” added Steve Steckis, president of SAS Industries.
