San Francisco Equity Partners, a private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market businesses across the consumer sector value chain, has recapitalized SV Labs, a beauty and personal care product contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO).
SV Labs focuses on multiple categories including anhydrous, hot pour and liquid product development and manufacturing. The company has experience in natural formulations. Abacus Finance Group LLC, a provider of cash flow-based, classic senior debt for buyouts of middle-market companies, served as senior secured credit facilities administrative agent and lead arranger for $50 million in senior secured credit facilities to support the recapitalization of the company.
