Sagility LLC, a provider of business process management (BPM) services, has acquired Devlin Consulting Inc. based in Chandler, Ariz.
Devlin Consulting is a healthcare technology services company providing payment integrity services to health plans. With this deal, Sagility works to expand its payment service offering to five U.S. health plans and regional Blue plans. The combination brings together Sagility’s services and analytics with DCI’s contract central technology platform.
