ATS Scientific Inc., an independent provider of scientific equipment and services and a portfolio company of Sage Capital Partners, has acquired Folio Instruments, a Kitchener, Ontario-based distributor of scientific equipment and service provider.
Folio Instruments serves the petroleum, energy, environmental and heavy industrial industries, which is complementary to ATS’ offerings. Folio will continue to operate out of its Kitchener facility and will maintain its name, website and e-commerce store.
