S2 Capital, a value-add multifamily investor, has closed its S2 Multifamily Value-Add Fund I LP at its hard cap of $400 million in investment commitments.
The fund exceeded its target of $250 million from a spectrum of institutional investors, family offices, investment banks, and HNWs. The fund will focus on multifamily investing in the Sunbelt region.
