Runwise, a building control company, has purchased BGS Water Watch, an online control and water monitoring company.
BGS Water Watch is a developer of low cost wireless, batter powered leak detectors that does not require plumbing to install. BGS already has hundreds of client buildings in New York City in its portfolio to combine into Runwise’s customer portfolio.
The purchase and integration of BGS into Runwise’s platform will help Runwise pinpoint leaks in clients’ buildings quickly and inexpensively.
