RumbleOn, a technology-based omnichannel Powersports platform, has acquired Freedom Powersports, a powersports dealership.
Freedom Powersports is the second biggest Powersports dealership in America, with 15 manufacturers across 13 retail locations, and they specialize in servicing and selling powersport equipment. The transaction, which has an accumulated value of $130 million, aims to grow RumbleOn’s national presence, and support Freedom Powersports’ growth strategy by strengthening its offering.
