Right Time Group of Companies, a Canadian HVAC provider and portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has purchased 360 Super Techs of Vancouver Island.
The acquired firm encompasses 360 Comfort Systems and The Super Plumber. The firm delivers HVAC services, plumbing and draining to communities within Nanaimo and Victoria, British Columbia. The deal represents the 12th acquisition made by Right Time Group.
