Verdantas, an RTC Partners-backed provider of engineering, planning and science services to support their clients’ sustainability infrastructure objectives, has acquired Leighton Group.
Leighton Group offers geotechnical and environmental consulting and materials testing and inspection services. This addition to Verdantas looks to strengthen its western U.S. presence and brings depth to its geologic, geotechnical and materials capabilities.
