Royal House Partners, a provider of residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical services founded by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings, has acquired SOS Mechanical, an HVAC company based in Round Rock, Texas.
SOS’ HVAC team consists of experienced and licensed journeymen. The deal marks RHP’s fourth Texas investment in the last 12 months as the company works to acquire businesses in the home services space to expand its HVAC footprint.
