Rotunda Capital Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in Bethesda, Md., has made an investment in U.S. Waterproofing, a provider of basement waterproofing and foundation repair services.
U.S. Waterproofing also offers crawl space encapsulation, concrete raising, sump pump installation, window well services, gutter cleaning and humidity control. The company has served over 500,000 customers in Northeast Illinois, Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin. This investment marks Rotunda’s first investment made from its fund, Rotunda Capital Partners Fund III LP.
