Rotunda Capital Partners-backed Amware Fulfillment has bought Moulton Logistics. Moulton’s call center will add after-sale customer service to Amware’s offerings.

The purchase will also help Amware expand its capabilities in providing order fulfillment services to online sellers. “We’re now one of the largest privately held, national fulfillment companies,” says Amware CEO Harry Drajpuch. “Amware customers will benefit from an expanded facility network, greater volume leverage with carriers to lower parcel shipping rates, and access to the significant operational expertise of the Moulton team,”

Private equity firm Rotunda focuses on growing lower-middle market companies in distribution, logistics, and financial, industrial and business services. “The combined business further enhances Amware’s unique e-commerce fulfillment value proposition by providing excellent service and 1-2 day national delivery options for its customers,” says Rotunda managing partner John Fruehwirth.
