Rockit Pest, a portfolio company of New York-based growth equity-focused investment firm Halle Capital, has acquired Home Pest Control.
HPC provides pest control services to customers in South Carolina. The deal advances Rockit’s strategy of finding and investing in pest control firms poised for long term growth in the southeast region.
