RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc., a company that provides traffic control and pavement marketing, has acquired Liddell Bros Inc. (LB) and Liddell Leasing Corp. (LL), Massachusetts-based suppliers of traffic control services and equipment. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
These acquisitions follow RoadSafe’s acquisitions of businesses in Utah, California, and North Carolina this year after the company partnered with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in April 2021. The purchase will further RoadSafe Traffic System’s private equity fueled expansion.
