RMA Companies, an OceanSound Partners-backed provider of laboratory testing, inspection and quality management services for public and private infrastructure assets across government and commercial end markets, has acquired PRI Group, a provider of testing, product development, validation and certification services to the asphalt, transportation and building materials end-markets.
Founded in 1990, PRI offers third-party testing, evaluation and other technical services for several infrastructure end-markets, including asphalt/bitumen, transportation, building materials, chemical and energy. Through these services, PRI helps its clients test, validate and certify the materials and products that are used in infrastructure and construction projects.
