Syner-G BioPharma Group, a pharmaceutical science and regulatory consulting services company for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients and a portfolio company of Riverside Partners, has purchased RMC Pharmaceutical Solutions.
Based in Boulder, Colo., RMC works to support the outsourced chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) and quality needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across multiple therapeutic areas. The deal aims to provide depth to Syner-G’s suite of pharmaceutical science services, adding development experience in biologic modalities including cell and gene therapy. The combined team looks to offer a range of process and analytical development services, regulatory strategy, regulatory submission support and quality management services.
