Riveron Consulting, a business advisory firm and portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has purchased Clermont Partners, a consultancy specializing in ESG strategy.
The deal bolsters Riveron’s ESG offering with services to support clients at every stage of their sustainability journey.
