Right Lane Industries, an industrial holding company and an affiliate of private investment firm Right Lane Capital, has purchased London Machinery Inc. and the rear-discharge mixer business of McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc. (collectively RDM) from Oshkosh Corp.
The London and McNeilus brands will continue to serve the concrete industry under the leadership of Bob Monchamp with the existing team remaining in place. The acquisition includes all rear-discharge concrete mixer operations of the seller, including the Bridgemaster brand, but does not include any of the McNeilus-brand refuse or front-discharge mixer product lines. RDM will continue to manufacture products out of London, Ontario with a research and development and support facility in Dodge Center, Minn, and provide aftermarket parts to customers.
