Royal House Partners, founded by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings, is a residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical services in Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma, has acquired Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning.
Total Comfort, headquartered in St. Louis, offers services ranging from HVAC installation to yearly maintenance plans. The company’s team consists of licensed journeymen technicians and installers and licensed apprentice technicians and installers. The deal expands RHP’s footprint into the state of Missouri.
