Revelation Pharma Corporation, a firm backed by private equity company Osceola Capital, has purchased Wedgewood Pharmacy’s human-health book of business.
Wedgewood Pharmacy operates pharmacies that offer medications for animal patients in 50 states.
The acquisition represents Revelation’s desire to acquire and grow a partnership of 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies and Wedgewood Pharmacy’s strategy to focus on animal health in its compounding pharmacies.
