Resurgens Technology Partners, a software-focused private equity firm, has made an investment in MCIM by Fulcrum Collaborations, a provider of maintenance, operations and facility management software for facilities.

MCIM was founded in 2010 by Michael Dongieux focusing on developing a cloud computing service to centralize, standardize and automate the management of the facilities for global Fortune 100 financial institutions. The company serves customers in a variety of industries including financial services, data center colocation, telecom, technology, manufacturing and healthcare. The investment from Resurgens looks to help MCIM drive the development of additional products and capabilities, expand into other industry verticals, attract new talent and implement enterprise-grade processes and systems.

“As we continue to scale our business and look to partner with global companies and leaders across a broad array of industry verticals, our leadership team saw Resurgens’ experience as the right match for MCIM’s long-term goals,” states Dongieux.

Transact Capital served as financial advisor to MCIM.
